When we look for people to join our staff, we only have a few requirements.

REALLY like pets. We mean honestly like pets (not just 'kind of' like pets) Even better...love pets.
Know how to treat pet owners. Hint: Be genuine, think of you and make you smile.
Know how to care for pets. It goes without saying we love someone that's been in this field...then we know you're getting as much as you can out of the staff we choose to be there for you.
